Everything in Ona Pass follows that principle. Pass creation stays on one calm page. Currently Out shows who is out right now without asking staff to hunt through menus. When a student arrives from another room, receiving staff see what they need at the door.
Administrators observe campus movement on a separate surface—the Campus Clipboard—without adding reporting work for Teachers & Staff. The product stays focused so the primary workflow remains obvious.
